Overview

Supports PR Management Corp mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.  Adheres to the PR Management Corp company policy requirements.  Responsible for the overall maintenance of corporate fiscal records.  Oversees the establishment and adherence of accounting policies and procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with internal policy and external governmental guidelines.  Direct the payroll policies and operations of the company and the accounting team.

Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Responsible for driving the PR Management Corp culture though values and customer service standards.
  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
  • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

  • Develop a solid management team to oversee the PR Management Corp financial and accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Consolidation Accounting and Financial Systems.
  • Oversee financial reporting and consolidation of PR Management Corp including timely reporting of financial results to Leadership team and operations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement in the budgeting and forecasting process by enhancing tools, providing insights to forecast risks and opportunities and ensuring clear and consistent communications.
  • Ensure a solid process for estimating cash flow.
  • Oversee the payroll function. Identify areas of opportunity for efficiencies. Ensure consistent and compliant practices.
  • Provide management leadership and financial subject matter expertise on financial systems enhancements and implementations.
  • Work with finance and operational peers to understand all operations and collectively ensure consistent processes and outcomes where appropriate.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • CPA strongly preferred

 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • At least 15 years of financial management experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior management position
  • Experience with Financial and Human Capital Management systems (Ultimate Software) preferred
